In-Network Insurance

Inpathy is in-network with several insurance plans, but your coverage is dependent on where you live and if your health insurance provides a mental health benefit and allows for telehealth. Before you begin receiving behavioral health care with Inpathy, please contact your health insurance carrier to confirm coverage, benefit and co-pay or co-insurance responsibility. Inpathy is in network in select states with the following payers:

  • Aetna
  • Alameda Alliance
  • CalViva Health
  • Central California Alliance for Health
  • Cigna
  • Gold Coast
  • Horizon Behavioral Health
  • LA Care – Covered CA
  • LA Care – Medi-Cal
  • MHN
  • Molina Marketplace
  • Molina Medicare Options
  • Optum/United Healthcare
  • Partnership HP
  • Point Comfort Underwriters
  • San Francisco HP
  • San Joaquin HP
  • WayForward

*Please confirm coverage with your insurance plan before scheduling an appointment with an Inpathy provider.

Self-Pay Fees

If Inpathy has providers available where you live but is NOT in-network with your insurance, you may choose the “Self-Pay” option. Inpathy’s Self-Pay fees are outlined in the table below:

Missed Appointments & Charges

If you know you will miss an appointment with your provider, please make every effort to notify Inpathy Care Navigation at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment and reschedule. You can contact Inpathy Care Navigation via chat on or call toll-free at 800.442.8938. Notifications with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered to be “Late Cancellations” and missed appointments without prior notification are considered to be “No Shows.”  Both No Shows and Late Cancellations may be charged your full session rate.

Credit Card Required On File

Because Inpathy is a completely virtual behavioral health group practice, all patients covered by commercial insurance plans are required to provide a valid credit card upon registering to receive services. Inpathy will charge patients’ credit card for co-pays, co-insurance, self-pay fees and missed appointment charges on or close to the date of service. All patient responsibility will reflect in the patient portal and will be charged to the patient’s card on file following the settling of claims with the patient’s insurance company (if applicable.)

Billing Questions

Inpathy contracts with an outside vendor to manage its billing and insurance claim processing. Should you have questions regarding a bill you have received, your current patient responsibility amount, charges to your credit card or any other billing issue reflected in your Inpathy Patient Portal, please contact Inpathy’s Billing Department:
