Anna Ebrani, LCSW
Anna Ebrani, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker offering services to adult residents in New Jersey and New York. She has a vast array of clinical interests; however, her specializations are trauma and abuse, PTSD, LGBTQ issues, relationships, CBT and anxiety. In her practice, Anna utilizes a combination of person centered, psychodynamic, CBT and solution focused modalities to treat her patients. She believes the most important factor is a strong therapeutic relationship in order to make any kind of change possible. Anna is also CBT certified through the Beck Institute, so she utilizes CBT techniques to address her patient’s depression and anxiety symptoms. In addition, Anna believes that a patient’s childhood, upbringing and past experiences need to be explored in order to gain a better understanding of their thought processes and behavioral symptoms.
Anna is a people person and helping people brings her joy. Growing up, her father was the religious leader of the community and people would always go to their home to seek counseling from him; because of this, helping others was instilled in Anna from a young age.
Anna loves to travel to exotic destinations and to get to know different cultures. She plays the piano and believes that music can be an amazing therapeutic tool.
