Deborah’s interest in mental health care stems from personal loss. Her experiences spearheaded the change from a career in human resources to becoming a therapist.
Deborah volunteers on a crisis team that works with schools when they have any type of loss. She enjoys training her dogs and has been to Walt Disney World with her four children more times than she can count.

In her practice, Dana’s philosophy of care is to find the right treatment modality for each patient in order to provide the best care possible. Jason Estok, MD is a psychiatrist providing services to children, adolescents and adults in New Jersey and New York. He has a vast array of clinical interests; however, his specializations are adult psychiatry, anxiety disorder, mood disorder, bipolar disorder and stress management. Dr. Estok’s philosophy of care generally centers on a multi-disciplinary approach utilizing psychotherapeutic techniques and the application of psychopharmacology when appropriate. He typically has a collaborative approach with individuals and other behavioral health providers to identify needs and address those needs to optimize functioning and well-being.
Dr. Estok has always been interested in the functioning of the mind and the motivations of people’s behavior. His curiosity was piqued in high school when he took an introductory psychology course and learned about the basics of psychology. He continued in the field of psychology in college and had the opportunity to apply this knowledge directly to patient care while he was in medical school. Ultimately, being directly involved and assisting individuals with mental health needs led him to start a psychiatric residency for training and to pursue a career in psychiatry.
Dr. Estok grew up outside of Pittsburgh and likes watching the Steelers. In his spare time, he enjoys music and plays multiple instruments. Additionally, he is an avid shipwreck diver.

In her practice, Sunny believes in a holistic approach to care. A person is more than a list of problems or accomplishments. Each person, no matter how flawed, possesses strength and goodness. She sees a fundamental part of her job as giving recognition to and helping to nurture those forgotten aspects of an individual.
Sunny’s interest in mental health care stems from seeing how many people suffer from treatable disorders. They just do not know whether they can be helped or who to talk to about their difficulties. She aims to be the caring, compassionate and approachable person that helps individuals on their journey to wellness.
Sunny lived in France for eight months and wishes she spoke better French, and she has to remind herself that her dogs do not understand everything she tells them. Additionally, although she is of Korean heritage, Sunny does not like K-pop (Korean pop music).
