In this process we learn to connect to our inner wisdom and embrace our truth.
Carol’s interest in mental health care began when she discovered art therapy, which combined her love of art and helping people. As an art therapist she continued her training in clinical psychology and marriage and family therapy.
Carol also has a deep interest in yoga and has been practicing Ashtanga yoga for over twenty years, which has been vital to her health and well-being. She adopted her daughter from Russia and is passionate about helping people cope with their feelings.

Sally Lissner, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker offering services to children, adolescent and adult residents in New Jersey. She has a vast array of clinical interests; however, her specializations are child and adolescent therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), anxiety disorders, mood disorders and family therapy. In her practice, Sally meets each individual where they are and introduces them to the tools that will bring them the most success. She believes that therapy is not about imposing an agenda; it is about the individual setting the agenda and she, as the therapist, helps to facilitate their journey toward healing and growth.
Starting at a very young age, Sally was more interested in interacting with people than playing with toys. She was a curious child who always asked questions and wanted to fight injustice. When it came to choosing a career, social work was a natural choice. She gravitated toward helping those that struggle with mental health because she finds it to be so rewarding. Almost half of adults in the U.S. experience a mental illness during their lifetime. Sally wants to help as many people as she can.
In her free time, Sally enjoys sewing, making things and training her dog to do dance moves. She traveled by car to every state in New England with her daughter before she was six months old.
