In her practice, Michelle prefers a cognitive behavioral perspective approach, however she has implemented aspects from solution–based and dialectical behavior therapy.
Michelle’s interest in mental and behavioral health care developed when she began working with ex-offenders in 2000, while working on her bachelor’s degree.
Michelle desires to go on a safari in Africa one day. She loves the outdoors and would love to visit Chester Zoo in England.

He has a vast array of clinical interests; however, his specializations are post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma and abuse, mood disorders, substance abuse and dialectical behavioral therapy. In his practice, Joseph’s philosophy of care is to partner with clients to explore difficulties, possible solutions and ways to deal with them.
Joseph’s interest in mental and behavioral health care developed from personal experience; several of his family members had substance abuse and mental health issues.
